These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "the User") and 1mgame ("the Platform," "the Operator"). Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 1mgame will never request your password via live chat, email, or telephone. You must notify 1mgame immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 1mgame shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting 1mgame support via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via SMS to their registered mobile number and/or via a prominent notice displayed within their Account on next login, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of 1mgame's Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendments to these Terms, you must cease using 1mgame's Services before the effective date of the changes and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any Real Money Balance in accordance with Section 2.4.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1mgame holds its international gaming license.
